SPOTLAB’s rental team will coordinate a pick-up and drop-off location (in Flagstaff) and time slot based on your specific needs. 

Yes, delivery and pickup can be provided at an additional cost depending on distance. We will work with you to come up with a plan that works for everyone.

Most rentals require either inland marine insurance coverage (provided by you) or a waiver stating your organization will be responsible for any damage, theft or other losses. We can work with you to determine the best option for your needs and recommend insurers if needed.

In cases where insurance is required you will need to provide a COI proving this coverage prior to picking up any equipment.

Our equipment has been rented and utilized throughout Arizona and we are always happy to discuss your needs.
